CareerBridge was founded to solve a problem I saw too often. 

As a skilled migrant who moved to New Zealand in 2020, I quickly discovered a common challenge faced by many newcomers and graduates:
Even the most talented individuals are often overlooked in the first round of job applications—simply because they don’t have "local experience."

It became clear to me that internships and placements in New Zealand aren’t just "nice to have"—they’re essential stepping stones to securing that all-important first role.

And so, CareerBridge was born—to empower students and graduates navigate the job market with confidence.
